Wood Carving Progress Pt.3

I am in the final stretch of my wood carving progress, as I have completed detailing my scultpture with riflers and dremel. Now I have moved on to just sanding down the entire thing, although I want to make the finished product it as smooth as I can, certain spots in the wood seem to be naturally rougher than others.
